This position is based in Las Vegas, the UFC’s hometown and the Fight Capital of the World. Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position will be staffing.  This position utilizes standard and innovative recruiting tactics and sources to identify and recruit top employee talent for all opportunities.  Because of the everchanging nature of our company and our industry, this position should have strong recruiting and generalist skills and experience and should be able and willing to take on new responsibilities unrelated to recruiting, as they emerge.

Essential Functions:

1. Recruits and interviews quality candidates for all open opportunities in the corporate office and assists with recruiting for international offices as necessary.

2. Recommends innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies.

3. Prepares and posts advertisements for open positions.

4. Assists with development of job descriptions.

5. Sources and screens candidates.

6. Participates in all phases of the interview process.  Conducts initial interviews, participates in and leads subsequent interviews as necessary.

7. Assists and advises hiring managers through the interview and selection process.

8. Prepares weekly and monthly reporting/tracking for open positions (sourcing, status, etc…)

9. Coordinates and processes new hire paperwork, drug screenings and background screenings.

10. Assists with management of internship program.

11. Develops employee communication pieces.

12. Conducts new hire orientations.

13. Administrative duties – including data entry and file maintenance.

14. Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualificaitons:

1. 3+ years diverse recruiting experience.

2. Bachelor’s degree in related field.

3. 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience desired.

4. Minimum of four years of HR experience.

5. Proven ability to source and recruit candidates in innovative ways.

6. Knowledge of best practices in recruiting.

7. Strong knowledge of sourcing and research methods including online web tools, social networking, etc.

8. PHR preferred.

9. Ability to build relationships within the organization and with candidates.

10. Ability to manage competing and rapidly changing priorities.

11. Excellent working knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruiting, interviewing, drug and background screening, employment testing, etc.

12. Strong time management skills.

13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

14. Positive, customer-oriented demeanor.

15. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including, Word, Excel and Power Point and ability to learn other basic computer programs.
