Would you like to see your graphic designs in Times Square? Movie Theaters? Magaziines? Billboards? Television? The Inernet? Our Creative Services department is a high volume, fast paced, multi-project work environment and we are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Team! The successful candidate will be able to create projects fast, work on multiple projects simultaneously, accepts constructive criticism respectfully and with the ability to take suggestions back to the drawing table and implement them into the project.
Our Graphic Designers...
- Produce artwork for billboards, posters, newspaper ads, marketing kits, magazine ads, television graphics, DVD packaging artwork, web banners, cable guide ads, event programs, etc.
- Create new ideas and fresh designs.
- Work in collaboration with other designers internally and externally.
- Work with production, print, and web departments on a variety of tasks.
- Help ensure consistency and continuity with brand identity in all materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years experience in print design.
- Professional, self-starting, “get-it-done” attitude and work ethic.
- Expertise with Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign software.
- Print design experience.
- An eye for color and page layout.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong accuracy and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with already established visual identity standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential information.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and advertising principles, and the ability to think “outside of the box”.
- Desire and ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
